Vu Thua manufactures heat transfer labels for apparel, footwear, bags and backpacks at VSIP 1 in Vietnam.
We combine screen printing, laser cutting and 3D silicone molding, developing reflective labels and trims, PU/TPU and flock labels for the design and actual fabric.
Vu Thua develops and manufactures custom heat transfer labels for apparel, bags, backpacks, headwear and footwear. Our factory is located at VSIP 1 in Vietnam, with technical support from our Taiwan partner, MIEN CORP.
Label development based on the finished product
We work from the design, fabric, label position and intended use. The appearance of a label is one part of the project; material selection, application conditions and the approved sample are also important.
Our materials and production processes
- Screen printed heat transfer labels for logos, lettering and information labels.
- PU heat transfer labels and raised label structures developed for the design.
- 3D silicone labels with molded details and a raised surface.
- Flock labels for a soft, textured effect.
- Reflective labels and trims selected according to the application and material requirements.
Screen printing, laser cutting and silicone molding are selected according to the actual material and design. Fine lettering or complex laser-cut designs may require a cutting trial before the quotation is finalized.
Sampling and production
Please send vector artwork or an original sample, dimensions, colors, quantity and the actual fabric. We review the construction, develop a sample and agree on appearance and testing requirements before production. Application settings and wash performance should be checked on the specific fabric and label combination.
Order quantity, sampling time and delivery dates are confirmed after reviewing the project and material availability. Material documentation and requested tests are reviewed for the specific structure being supplied.
