Vu Thua reviews custom heat transfer label projects for garments, footwear, backpacks and bags. Please provide the project requirements and receiving material so the development direction can be assessed.

Information for a quotation or sample request

• Artwork or an original sample, finished dimensions and colors.
• The preferred label construction or surface effect.
• Fabric, application position and actual material sample where available.
• Quantities by design, size and colorway.
• Test requirements, documentation and target dates.

From design review to sample approval

The information supports a manufacturability review, construction selection and confirmation of the project requirements. Assess the sample's appearance and test it on the intended production material against the agreed criteria.

Quantity requirements, sample or tooling charges and the development and production schedule are confirmed for the specific design and quotation. A reference sample should not be treated as approval for bulk production before the specification and required trials are complete.

Application and product support

For an adhesion, positioning, color or surface issue, provide the item code, order reference, photographs, label sample and receiving material. Include the temperature, time, pressure and carrier-peeling method used, where known.

The review depends on the actual label construction, substrate and order requirements. A proposed response is discussed after sufficient information is available and with reference to the order requirements and agreement.
