3D silicone labels use moulded construction to create raised logos and decorative details. The shape, profile, colour and surface finish should suit the finished artwork and application position. Vu Thua reviews the design and develops samples before confirming the production construction.
Choose the profile and surface effect
- Indicate the finished logo dimensions and any fine lettering or narrow spaces.
- Describe which areas should be raised and provide a reference sample when available.
- Identify the colour positions and supply physical colour references if needed.
- Consider flexibility, folds, seams and stretch around the application position.
A digital image helps communicate the design, but colour, feel and raised detail are approved on the actual sample. The selected construction also needs a trial on the intended fabric.

Can we choose a custom raised profile?
Send the drawing or reference sample. The profile is reviewed together with logo size, line thickness, flexibility and the application position.
Are all raised labels made from silicone?
Raised labels can use different constructions. Specify the material requirement and approve the proposed PU or silicone sample before confirming the order.
Can one set of press settings be used for every design?
The application conditions must be confirmed for the actual label and fabric. Sample approval should include the required adhesion, appearance and care checks.
