Custom label development

Vu Thua develops transfer solutions for garments, footwear, backpacks and bags. Projects can include 3D Silicone Labels, PU Heat Transfer Labels, Reflective Labels and other constructions selected around the artwork.

The suitable construction cannot be confirmed from the label name alone. Thickness, softness, surface effect, fabric treatment and application conditions should be considered together.

What to provide for a quotation

• Original artwork or a reference sample
• Finished dimensions, colors and surface effects
• The application position and actual fabric
• Quantities by design, size and colorway
• Test requirements and target dates

Approve the sample before bulk production

Review the finished appearance and trial the label on the actual production material. Agree on relevant adhesion, wash or stretch criteria before confirming production. Quantity requirements and sample timing depend on the design and process.
