Multi-colour effects in a reflective design
This group is considered when a design needs several colours rather than a single main colour. A reference sample helps define whether you want a particular colour arrangement, an iridescent surface or an appearance that varies with the viewing angle. Confirm the effect on the intended fabric instead of selecting it from one photograph.
Applications for sample development
- Brand logos on fashion garments or sportswear.
- Graphics on jackets, bags and backpacks.
- Collection accents coordinated with the fabric colour.
- Lettering and symbols assessed at the actual finished size.
Approve the effect with a physical reference
Send an original sample or photographs with a description of their lighting. Compare samples on the same base colour, under equivalent light and viewing angles. A flash photograph and a photograph without flash do not establish a quality difference.
For brand colour requirements, separate the daytime colour from the illuminated appearance. A Pantone reference can guide colour selection; a physical sample remains the basis for approving the effect.
Artwork and processed sample checks
Provide vector artwork and dimensions to assess fine lines, lettering spaces and colour areas. Where the effect has a direction, identify how it should sit on the product. Review the processed outline and surface on the intended fabric, then complete the agreed adhesion and care checks.
Compare related options
Explore coloured reflective labels, transparent iridescent reflective labels, the reflective label range.
Frequently asked questions
Can Pantone alone define an iridescent effect?
It can guide the colour direction, but does not describe the full effect under light or different viewing angles. Approve a physical reference sample.
What is needed for a quotation?
Send artwork, dimensions, an effect reference, actual fabric, quantities by design and dates. An original sample helps make the requirement clear.
