Details to confirm before sampling

• Artwork: letter size, line width and spaces between individual details.
• Profile: raised areas, desired thickness and a reference for the surface finish.
• Colours: colour references or physical swatches, with each colour position identified.
• Position: the location on the garment, footwear, bag or accessory, including seams or frequently folded areas.
• Base material: the actual fabric, its stretch and the finished product test requirements.

From artwork to an approved sample

1. Send vector artwork or an original sample, dimensions, quantity and required dates.
2. Review the profile, colour layout and any small details that may need adjustment.
3. Develop a sample and assess the shape, colour and finish under agreed viewing conditions.
4. Trial the attachment on the actual material and approve the sample and inspection criteria before production.
