The fluorescent properties enhance visibility during the daytime, dawn, and dusk.
- Can be die-cut or hand-cut.
- Certified to NFPA and CAN/CGSB standards for certain flame-resistant polyarylamide, polyacrylonitrile, and treated cotton fabrics, as part of standard firefighting apparel and equipment.
- Flame-resistant outerwear is designed to enhance the wearer’s visibility in low-light conditions, especially at night when illuminated by light sources such as vehicle headlights.
The reflective surface consists of exposed wide-angle retroreflective lenses embedded in a fluorescent-colored background layer, bonded with a heat-activated adhesive.
Trim width of approximately 2 or 3 inches, lined with a transparent plastic layer to reflect segmented patterns.
